Hi, I’m Yu

I’m a graphic designer based in Queens.

Currently I’m working as a Junior Designer at Gretel. Previously at Studio Lin, Related Department, and David Zwirner Gallery.

I mainly explore typography based on my experience in branding and book design.

I graduated from Communications Design MFA at Pratt Institute. Combining my study in industrial design and visual communication, I believe that the intersection of these two fields can lead to interesting, novel, and impactful design solutions that are aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound.
